I’m a huge believer in mixing with high-quality analogue equipment. I prefer rotating big knobs and staring at an old VU meter rather than a laptop screen. Thus, my workflow is that of a hybrid engineer - I use loads of vintage gear to shape the sound with analogue warmth, thickness and richness. Yet, I have all the flexibility of modern DAWs. 

Even at live recording sessions, where most engineers would bring a compact digital mixer - I like using tall racks of heavy old tube preamplifiers. My philosophy is that capturing sound quality, character, and nuances comes before the engineer's convenience.
